Fabienne is specialized in family law since 1992. With a special focus on negotiation and all alternative dispute resolution methods, she assists her clients in all aspects of family disputes, both under Belgian law and in an international context: separation (marriage, legal or de facto cohabitation), parental responsibility (parental authority and accommodation), maintenance, liquidation of undivided property and matrimonial regimes, incapacity and filiation. She focuses her approach on the specific needs of each client and legal certainty. Fabienne holds a law degree from UCLouvain and has also worked as a teaching assistant in personal and family law at UCLouvain and at the Université Saint-Louis-Bruxelles.
