Géraldine has been practising inheritance law for almost twenty years. She advises and assists her clients in connection with difficulties encountered in the liquidation of matrimonial property regimes, inheritances (contested wills, gifts, etc.), and joint ownership exits in general. She also has particular expertise in matters of personal incapacity.
After a detailed examination of the situation, she systematically assesses, in consultation with her clients, the preferred method of intervention (negotiation, conciliation, mediation, proceedings, etc.), taking into account the human and property issues involved.
Her specialisation has led her to speak at conferences and training courses, and to write scientific articles on inheritance and gifts. She has also been a member of CEL-CSW (Comité d’Etudes et de Législation de la Fédération du Notariat) since 2019.
Géraldine has a law degree from UCLouvain and is trained in collaborative family law.
