Géraldine has been practicing inheritance law for nearly twenty years. She advises and assists her clients in the context of difficulties encountered in the liquidation of matrimonial property regimes, inheritances (contestation of wills, donations, etc.) and in the liquidation of undivided property in general. She also has particular expertise in the area of personal incapacity. After a detailed examination of the situation, she assesses, in consultation with her clients, the preferred method of intervention (negotiation, conciliation, mediation, proceedings, etc.) taking into account the human and patrimonial issues. She frequently participates as a speaker in various lectures and training courses and writes scientific articles on the subject of succession and gifts. Since 2019, she is also a member of the CEL-CSW (Comité d’Etudes et de Législation de la Fédération du Notariat). Géraldine holds a law degree from the UCLouvain and is trained in collaborative family law.
