Jessica has chosen to focus her practice on the civil aspects of succession law for over ten years. In this context, she assists her clients – individuals and families – in all aspects of inheritance litigation, both under Belgian law and in an international context: liquidation/division of estates, disputes relating to donations, wills, and distribution of undivided property. Her approach is focused on the needs and interests of the client facing legal proceedings. Jessica has a degree in law and in notarial law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles. She was also a teaching assistant in succession law from 2003 to 2008 and is the author of various articles related to her daily practice. Since 2018, she is a member of the Family Commission of the French Bar Association of Brussels.
