Bérénice has developed over ten years of solid experience in the practice of Belgian and international wealth and estate planning. She advises private individuals in the context of their matrimonial status and the transfer of their assets (donations, wills, transfer of family businesses, inheritance pacts), if necessary, by setting up of legal vehicles (incorporation of simple companies, foundations, stichting administratiekantoren …). She also has particular expertise in the field of incapacity and estate planning in the presence of vulnerable persons.

She works with a client-oriented approach taking into account civil, fiscal and human aspects.

After having been a teaching assistant at the UCLouvain, Bérénice Delahaye is now a scientific collaborator at the Center for Human Rights, Family and Property Law at the UCLouvain. She is a regular speaker at conferences and is the author of numerous publications on the subject.

Bérénice is a graduate of the UCLouvain (2003) and holds a special degree in taxation from the KU Leuven (2004).
